Pre-Orders / Pre-Sales
Orders placed for items listed as a pre-sale are currently in production or on their way to production. The funds from a pre-sale are used to put designs into production, and production time will vary from one design to another. Updates are posted on my Instagram (@villaincodes) as they're received from the manufacturer. Production time could take anywhere from 1 - 8 months after costs have been paid, and pins must undergo a quality check before they're sent to buyers. In the event that a pin is not fully funded or does not make it into production, orders will be fully refunded.
Shipping & Handling Information
Items may take up to 14 days to ship! Please check your shop account for tracking before messaging.
There may be delays due to my work schedule or packaging issues, but I will always do my best to have items shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping to Germany has been permanently discontinued!
I DO NOT OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING! Please check out in a single order if you want your items to ship together. I will not combine your orders after the fact.
Lost or damaged pin mail or problems with your order should be brought to my attention immediately. If your package is marked as delivered, there is nothing I can do. But if your pins do not arrive, I can help in filing a claim with USPS. Lost pin mail will be replaced at my discretion. If lost pin mail is a concern of yours, I highly encourage you to purchase priority mail.
I will replace most damaged pin mail if it is a manufacturing flaw or caused my negligence on my part. Mishandling of mail by the postal service is not my fault, and I will not replace these items. Please file a claim with USPS.
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing something, I will gladly exchange these items and send you the correct items at no additional cost. Please notify me immediately if this happens so I can correct my mistake! You have 7 days from when an item is marked as delivered to contact me about issues!
Refunds and Cancellations
I can cancel an order if it has not shipped. Orders will not be canceled or refunded after they have shipped.
Refunds are available for pre-orders. Please email me with your order number and information, and I will provide you with a refund. Refunds for pre-sale items will be granted, but individuals who do so will no longer be able to purchase from my shop.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately! If I made a mistake with your order, I will gladly fix it at no additional cost to you. Please read all listings for your items carefully to ensure you understand what you are buying.
Restocks
Most of my enamel pins will be limited editions unless otherwise stated. In these cases, restocks will not be an option.
