Pre-Orders / Pre-Sales
Orders placed for items listed as a pre-sale are currently in production or on their way to production. The funds from a pre-sale are used to put designs into production, and production time will vary from one design to another. Updates are posted on my Instagram (@villaincodes) as they're received from the manufacturer. Production time could take anywhere from 1 - 6 months after costs have been paid, and pins must undergo a quality check before they're sent to buyers. In the event that a pin is not fully funded or does not make it into production, orders will be fully refunded.
Please keep in mind, my artists for an individual design will always receive their pins first. If you follow them on IG and see they have received their pins, please be patient. Your pins will follow soon after.
The art from one design to another will vary depending on the artist. Artists are always named on a pin design, and their IG or personal pages are linked. I highly encourage my buyers to follow these individuals to see more of their art.
These individuals are all friendly and talented individuals, and I support their art fully.
If you are an artist available for commissions, feel free to contact me! I'm always looking for new artists to create my designs.
Shipping & Handling Information
Items will be packaged and mailed out Saturday of every week by 12 PM EST. Orders placed AFTER this time will ship the following Saturday.
Tracking information will be sent out accordingly; please check the email you used to check out and or your paypal email for tracking information. There may be delays due to my work schedule or packaging issues, but I will always do my best to have items shipped as soon as possible.
NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING A PRE-SALE ITEM WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE PRE-SALE ITEM IS IN HAND. I encourage you to place separate orders if you'd like to purchase a pre-sale item and other items.
To combine shipping, please use the contact form and provide me with the order numbers for what you would like to combine. To change a shipping address, please contact me immediately with the appropriate address!
Lost or damaged pin mail or problems with your order should be brought to my attention immediately. If your package is marked as delivered, there is nothing I can do. But if your pins do not arrive, I can help in filing a claim with USPS. Lost pin mail will be replaced at my discretion. If lost pin mail is a concern of yours, I highly encourage you to purchase priority mail.
I will replace most damaged pin mail if it is a manufacturing flaw or caused my negligence on my part. Mishandling of mail by the postal service is not my fault.
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing something, I will gladly exchange these items and send you the correct items at no additional cost. Please notify me immediately if this happens so I can correct my mistake!
Refunds and Cancellations
I can cancel an order if it has not shipped. I will not offer a refund on pre-sale items as these funds have been invested into the production of an item. The only exception to the refund policy will be in the event that a design does not make it to production OR there are severe manufacturing delays that would (or have) push(ed) you outside your PayPal protection window. Please contact me if this happens, and I will either refund you or refund you and provide you with the opportunity to repurchase to retain PayPal protection.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately! If I made a mistake with your order, I will gladly fix it at no additional cost to you. Please read all listings for your items carefully to ensure you understand what you are buying.
Most of my enamel pins will be limited editions unless otherwise stated. In these cases, restocks will not be an option. Items such as prints, stickers, or buttons may restock if there is enough demand. So if any of those items are out of stock, please feel free to let me know you have an interest in seeing them return by using the contact form or sending me a message on IG.
